Refund Policy

Overview
The Childcare Collective is a digital membership platform providing immediate access to educational content, live masterclasses, community resources, and micro grant eligibility.
Because members receive instant access to digital materials upon enrollment, our refund policy is designed accordingly.
2. Subscription Fees
Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual). By enrolling, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled.
3. No Refunds
All membership payments are non-refundable once charged.
We do not offer:
Partial refunds
Prorated refunds
Refunds for unused time
Refunds for missed masterclasses or community events
4. Cancellation
Members may cancel at any time. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to membership benefits will continue through the remainder of the paid period.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must occur before your renewal date.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Any exceptions to this policy are made at the sole discretion of The Childcare Collective and are not guaranteed.
