    By accessing or using The Childcare Collective membership site (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Site.

3. Membership Overview
Membership includes access to:

  • A complete digital course library (included at no additional cost during active membership)

  • Live masterclasses with industry experts

  • Eligibility to apply for DSA Micro Grants

  • Peer-led community support

  • Ongoing educational and momentum-building resources

  • Access to two community dashboards (new member introductions and general discussion)

All content is delivered digitally. No physical products are provided.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing Structure
Membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis, available as:

  • Monthly subscription

  • Annual subscription

Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated at the Company’s discretion.

4.2 Auto-Renewal
By enrolling, you authorize The Childcare Collective to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled before renewal.

4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize Stripe and The Childcare Collective to charge the applicable fees.

4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.

‍ ‍ 5. Cancellation Policy
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be issued for unused time.

To cancel, members must follow the cancellation process within their account dashboard or contact support at support@thechildcarecollective.net before the next billing date.

Except where required by law, all membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Access to digital content and resources is provided immediately upon payment.

‍ ‍ 7. Community Guidelines
Members agree to:

  • Engage respectfully with others

  • Avoid harassment, discrimination, or abusive language

  • Refrain from sharing confidential or proprietary information

  • Avoid spamming, self-promotion, or unauthorized advertising

We reserve the right to remove content or terminate memberships without refund if members violate community guidelines.

All content available through the Site—including courses, videos, training materials, graphics, documents, masterclasses, and branding—is the exclusive property of The Childcare Collective or its licensors.

Members are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal, professional use only. Content may not be copied, distributed, reproduced, republished, sold, or shared without written permission.
